Evaluation
	When a new computer system is designed, the question will be asked....What hardware and software will be needed? The hardware chosen must be appropriate.... it must not be too expensive it must be able to do the job it must be reliable it must not be too difficult for people to use
	The software chosen must be appropriate.... it must not be too expensive it must do the job without errors occurring it must not be too complex for the users it must be compatible with the hardware is it adaptable if changes happen?
	A set of evaluation criteria may be specified. These will be used to measure how well the hardware and software perform.	The measure of 'success' of a system will be by how well it achieves the criteria.
