Output screens need to be designed to be attractive and display the results in an uncomplicated and easy-to-read way.

Printed reports must be clear and it must be easy for the user to find information.

All output design must be carried out with the target audience in mind....

.....young or adult?
.....skilled in IT or not?
.....intelligent or not?

 

Printed output is often referred to as 'hard copy'.
